The owner of a beauty center asked me to redesign the website with the center's services.
She needed a more consistent design and an attractive and dynamic home page.
I took 5 direct competitors and found out that they all use quite simplistic design in light colors.
The main challenge I was supposed to solve was to create a design system for the website to make it consistent and well-structured.
We had a website on WIX created by another designer. In fact, he added photos, text content, and buttons to the website pages without any design system.
So, we decided to create something simple, light, and easy to use. The most important thing was to match the website design with the beauty salon brand identity and its values.
I added a few photos to the website to make it more interesting and to help customers quickly understand what this website is about.
To make a dynamic home page, I created a looped video clip from videos about doing beauty procedures.
Finally, I made responsive design of the website to use it on different screen sizes and devices.
The client was satisfied with the new design system I created, the website design became consistent, the colors ideally matched the brand identity of the client's company.
